Seeded is Double or Muffin’s second full-length record. While the self-titled debut album was recorded almost entirely live, Seeded is wildly experimental in process for a band that normally composes through improvisation. Each song was written and recorded in a day, by all four members together but in separate spaces. The band manages to preserve the spontaneity and unpredictability of unplanned live improvisation, while adding a wider palette of sounds and instrumentation. Everyone steps outside their primary roles in the band, at times playing multiple instruments and contributing vocals. The results sound as patently Double or Muffin as ever.

About Double or Muffin
Double or Muffin is a four-piece rock band based in Seattle, WA, featuring Austin Hunter on vocals, Colin J Nelson on drums, Jack Nelson on bass and Paul Beaudry on guitar. All close friends and siblings, the group began gathering for no-rules improvisational exploration in the early 2010s, and never stopped. In 2017 they decided to start learning some of their favorite creations to play in public. In the years since they have played many lovely venues (and non-venues) around the Pacific Northwest, while continuing to record new jams for the vault (estimated at well over one-thousand songs, no one currently knows for sure). 2019 saw the release of their self-titled debut album. They are beyond excited to introduce their latest offering, Seeded, in August 2025.
