ROCK, Indie Rock
A Shot in the Dark is the debut studio album from After Hours, a Fox Valley band forging a modern take on 90s-style alternative rock. The record blends raw power with emotional depth, anchored by thick guitar tones, dynamic vocals, and a hard driving yet subtle rhythm section. Recorded by Jason Goessl (Sun Goose Records) at TRS Recording in Oshkosh, WI, and mixed by Evan Shiller in Seattle, the album captures a band channeling honesty through volume, melody, and groove.
